The Zoroastrian Society of British Columbia’s unique program especially for seniors!
The Zoroastrian Society of British Columbia would like to invite all members over 50 to our Sharing and Caring Zarathusti Seniors monthly events. As the 50 participants will tell you, we have a lot of fun and encourage each other to lead healthy, and friend-filled lives!

Sessions are especially designed for the well-being of seniors, to reduce isolation, and educate participants on health, financial issues, and available senior resources. Seniors in turn will get a chance to showcase their culinary expertise at 4 sessions.
Expert speakers will discuss:
- Saving and tax planning
- Stress and pain management
- Hypertension (blood pressure) problems and management
- Diabetes management
- Heart disease management
- Arthritis/joint care
Here’s your chance! Come join ZSBC for a fun-filled, interactive morning each month!
FREE door-to-door transportation for seniors will be provided to and from the Darbe Mehr.
Program begins on March 14, 2010.
FOR: Seniors (over 60 years of age) and youth drivers
DRIVER STIPEND: $20 per session for 2 seniors. Pre-register by March 7, 2010
PLACE: Arbab Rustam Guiv Darbe Mehr, 6900 Halifax St, Burnaby, BC
WHEN: March to December 2010. Once a month from 11am till 12.30pm
